Our yoga classes are taught by a group of Hatha trained and certified instructors. Our approach in teaching is to offer you many different instructors from which to choose. Our friendly, knowledgeable teachers will help you improve the way you move, breathe, and feel.

Indoor cycling (or Spinning) is perfect for exercising your heart and thighs. You can burn tons of calories without any previous experience. It is great for beginners through advanced exercisers.
Bring a towel and a water bottle - you're gonna need them.

Our conditioning program has multiple components. Monday's Power Cardio class combines cardio with core development. Come to the Wednesday class for focusing on the strength aspect of your training. Boot Camp gives you some of everything. All of these classes welcome beginning exercisers.

Join us for these new 30 minute classes. The Total Body Workout will hit your entire body, with a different emphasis each week. Get in, and get out in half an hour.

Ab Blast is just that. 30 minutes of intense abdominal work. Be ready!

Be daring and take both classes.

Our lighter fare program has four different classes. All of them incorporate strength work and cardio exercises of varying levels. Many members take more than one class per day. Also try the Gentle Yoga classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00 am.

Our 30 Minute Express workout program will get you lots of results in only half an hour. This "standing" workout uses functional equipment designed in Italy to maximize your results.

Tai Chi is an exercise which embodies ancient China's most profound concepts and principles. Practiced at a slow and even speed, the Tai Chi form promotes relaxation, corrective posture, and good sense of balance while developing strength and coordination.
