yoga classes are taught by a group of Hatha trained and certified
instructors. Our approach in teaching is to offer you many different
instructors from which to choose. Our friendly, knowledgeable teachers
will help you improve the way you move, breathe, and feel.

cycling (or Spinning) is perfect for exercising your heart and thighs. You can
burn tons of calories without any previous experience. It is great
for beginners through advanced exercisers.

conditioning program has multiple components. Monday's Power Cardio
class combines cardio with core development. Come to the Wednesday
class for focusing on the strength aspect of your training. Boot Camp gives you some of everything. All
of these classes welcome beginning exercisers.

Chi is an exercise which embodies ancient China's most profound
concepts and principles. Practiced at a slow and even speed, the
Tai Chi form promotes relaxation, corrective posture, and good sense
